Account creation: We collect the following personally identifiable information from users who wish to create an online account: first name, last name, street address including zip code, email, phone #, short bio, password. Because we use PayPal, we do not directly collect or have access to payment information, including the name on the credit card, credit card number, expiration date, and security code.
Technologies including but not limited to cookies and javacript may be used by us and our third-party affiliates and our analytics and service providers. In addition, we use an outside company to process outbound email to our customers. This company does retain and store limited personally identifiable information for the sole purpose of their service obligation to our organization. They do not share, sell or rent this information for any other purpose. Examples of the information provided are: First and Last Name, Address, Date of Birth, Phone number, and email address.

GammonPoints data are used for archiving purposes and for scientific or historical research and statistical purposes.
Player emails are provided by Tournament Directors. No other personally identifiable information is provided by the Tournament Director. We will notify you immediately by email upon first registration by a Tournament Director.
Please be aware that your data are not deleted simply by closing an account. To exercise the right of freedom of expression and information, we reserve the right to retain and use your information even if your account is closed. To maintain accurate and fair records, all GammonPoints data remain on file with us indefinitely unless Art. 17 GDPR applies, in which case the appropriate data shall be permanently erased accordingly.
Your name and email may appear on dropdown lists for other Tournament Directors when they assign players to events.

GammonPoints Communities: When creating an account or joining a GammonPoints Community ("Community"), the user will be asked to provide first and last name. By choosing to use the first and last name, users understand that their first and last name will be seen by other participants in the Community.
